Good stay. Clean and affordable. Hotel was decorated so beautifully for the holidays. My only complaint is that this is the second time I have stayed here and both times the pool was not working. It was freezing cold and the hottub was luke warm.

The service was great the staff were terrific very friendly great selection for breakfast the breakfast area was incredibly clean the food was fresh. The room is a little dated but was functional

For a wheelchair accessible room, beds were too high, hard to get in them. I'm short and i had to have someone open the lids for the hot items as i couldn't get them open high enough to stay. I use a walker and it was hard to get breakfast while pushing a walker. The room door was heavy to open and i had trouble again because i use a walker. The accessibility was limited to the bathroom. It was a little disappointing.

No heating at all, my room was at 16 degrees, 2 times they said they will come reset but never did. Woke up frozen, told the day staff they said they will credit my parking fee $6 for My troubles. Not a care in the world

We were very late checking in but were met by two very friendly staff members. Our room was clean and looked new. Only issue was the toilet was so low to the ground that it made getting up and down very difficult to us two seniors. Free breakfast was quite good and the area was kept very clean.
