Guest access
Keyless entry with personal entry door code will be provided, an expansive driveway for parking. We're excited to welcome guests into our home! A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time. Please be considerate and respectful of the property, it’s our home as well as your vacation lodging.
Other things to note
Pet Guidelines:
-We welcome small-medium dogs under 50lbs (max 2 dogs) but please inform us if your furry companion(s) will be joining (no cats due to allergies).
-A pet fee of $75 per stay will be added to the reservation
-Keep dogs OFF furniture and bedding to avoid additional cleaning or replacement fees.
-Do not wash dogs in bathtubs.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the house (crate provided in the sunroom closet).
-Clean up ALL dog mess with provided poop bags found in the entryway closet.
-Use labeled "paw towels" in the front entry closet to clean muddy or dirty paws.
Outdoor Etiquette:
-Be mindful of wildlife; keep food/trash in designated containers to avoid attracting wild animals.
*****Pest Control: Our country home is in the middle of 4.515 acres of forested land so it’s possible during unusually warm weather in the winter and thaws and rain in the spring and summer, to see a few bugs sneak in (spiders, gnats, ladybugs, beetles, ants, etc.). Be mindful of leaving any food scraps or the like outside to avoid attracting wildlife. Additional cleaning fees will also apply if trash is not properly secured and managed. *****

No smoking or vaping inside the house or hot tub.
No parties, photoshoots, or events.
We hope to never add any additional cleaning fees, so please treat our home with care and respect.
