I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and that the wifi was not working, we will make sure to improve that. The room type you book was the cheapest room type, that was the Loft with NO AC, so I am very confused as to why you were surprised there was no AC, 1 room type does not have AC, the rest of the rooms have AC
