The location is amazing. The place was very clean but room was barebones. There was no night table, dresser, bed side light, fridge, coffee pot or kettle in the room. The gentleman working was kind enough to find me a kettle and a cooler to put a few things. The bathroom is extremely small. I couldn’t open the door wide because the sink blocked it. It was difficult for 2 people to go into the bathroom for any reason. For an overnight it is ok but for a few nights like we did I wouldn’t do it again.

The highlight of the stay is the security staff. It’s the only staff on premise. I have had to endure a backed up over flow toilet for two days and was reduced to using public are toilets night and day. I’ve had the same towels and linen the entire stay. There is a tea kettle but that’s it no cups nothing else. The TV has not worked one min during the stay. If I had recourse I would ask for my money back . this facility should not be listed as a hotel much less a 3 star. You can only hurt hotel. Com brand if you continue listing it as such. Did I mention the infestation of ants and ZERO room service?

The hotel rooms design were nice but the entrance to each floor was like a furnace entering because the ceiling was too loo, so it makes the stairs case very hot. You can't stand and stretch out your hands due to the low ceiling space. The next issue was the bathroom and shower pipe wasn't flushing or going down, I had to went out and purchase a plunger for which the hotel reimbursed me for, due to the lack of room service available to report to. I had to reach out to Expedia. I like the room but just the ceiling, and the pipe issues.
