This is a simple and clean hotel. Its all you need when teavelling. Many updates have been done. Sadly No Handicapped grab bars or high toilets. They accomodated us and switched us to a different room that made things easier for our mobility issues.Friendly staff, clean rooms and property.

I stayed at the inn for one night. The staff were friendly, and my first impression of the room was decent. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. I’m 5'2", and even at my height, I could see dust on nearly every surface. The towel and toilet paper holders were oily with visible fingerprints, clearly not wiped down in some time. There was also hair on both the towels and the floor. It’s clear there was a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. Basic areas that should be cleaned thoroughly between guests were overlooked. Not impressed.

Nice old school property. Arrival was simple and friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and spacious...the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were renovated not so long ago, so in good shape. The whole place has a nice welcoming vibe where you will find it very easy to relax, perhaps in one of the Muskoka chairs in front of all the rooms. The included breakfast exceeded expectations with boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal etc..the whole place represents good value for money. Recommended.

Great property. Renovated bathrooms. All are ground floor rooms so they feel like cottages. Basic breakfast menu. Super-friendly staff. Clean and secure. Location is away from downtown Gananoque and just off the highway. Property is vast with big lawns and benches. Will definitely go back.

I loved the location of the property. The room was good as well but i do feel they need to work on landscaping. The building looks old. A microwave is a must for people travelling with toddlers which was provided on special request in second night. Reception is on walking distance not right outside rooms. Pool is not heated which is a miss. Staff is excellent abd caring

The outer appearance of the property and the reception area is very dated. It makes in look old and dirty. In fairness, most of the properties on that street have the same look and feel. The room itself however, although basic, looked clean and much newer than the outward appearance. Driving up, we feared we had made a big mistake but all in all, it was a decent stay.

We absolutely love the town of Gananoque and stop every time we venture to Toronto for hockey! and LOVE this gem of a budget hotel! Rooms are basic - but very clean and comfortable for the price and has a beautiful new outdoor pool! Love the drive up room option! Friendly staff! Looking forward to our next stay!
