Located in South Kingstown, this brilliant house offers plenty of space with nine cozy bedrooms and an acre of land. The home is the ideal setting for making lasting memories with large groups of friends and family in one of the best New England coastal towns.

This home is tucked away with a large backyard with a grill and fire pit. The yard offers plenty of space for yard games and exploration. Within walking distance you will find casual dining, coffee shops, a convenience store, and a historic library. You will enjoy the coastal theme of this home and the close proximity to over a dozen beaches that are a short drive away.

As you enter the home you will appreciate the 12 foot ceilings and historic details. The first floor boasts two large living spaces and a large dining area. The kitchen offers two refrigerators to accommodate large groups. There is one bedroom on the first floor with easy access to the first floor full bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa on the first floor.

The second floor welcomes guests with a beautiful curved window seating area great for playing cards or reading. There are a total of 5 bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom.

The third floor is where all of the young at heart will want to hang out! There is a common area with a sleeper sofa and separate TV space with mini fridge. Families with children will love the extra large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a game space. There are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom on the third floor.
