Disliked: Cleanliness
What stay? Oh the one where I was out of the country and the host never sent check in instructions? And wouldn’t respond to chat bot calls at check in time? Leaving me stranded in a different country? Luckily Vrbo support was able to move me somewhere else. Their support was fast and great but the host should be banned!
