-PETS: I welcome dogs for a pet fee, but I'm sorry to share I cannot accept cats, due to the potential allergies of other guests

-REMOTE: We welcome guests staying for a remote work setup! There is a provided computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse in each house. Wifi is fast enough for video calls: 300MB download and 10MB upload.

-The property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of neighbors and the environment. Be aware that there are no city lights throughout the neighborhood—but it gives stunning nighttime views of the stars!

-The property is tucked down a long driveway. While the property has neighbors on all sides, you'll have plenty of privacy to enjoy yourself.

-While the neighborhood is quiet, it's noteworthy that all of Kingston has a periodic train sound that hums in the background.

-SAFETY and PRIVACY are our top priorities for our guests. There is a single camera located at each entryway. However, there are no cameras inside the space.
