Very Nice Hotel in Kingston

The Strata Hotel is very nicely decorated and updated. The staff is very friendly unhelpful. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again.

The bed was not properly made and looked as if someone had already slept in it. We went to the front desk and showed them pictures. Without hesitation, the clerk gave us a different room. However, the bed in the second room was essentially the same, which suggests that the staff who make the beds do not know how to do it properly.

A good deal not far from downtown.

Good hotel for the price you pay but our room, even though the bathroom had just been nicely renovated, was very small and lacked decorating! I also had to ask for the floor to be washed...with soap... 10 min drive to downtown.

Staff was excellent, gave great advice on restaurants and things to do. My only problem waa the bathtub plug was broken. I love my baths and it wasnt possible. Otherwise excellent.

Hotel was okay. Wouldn't allow for any early check ins or late check outs, even for a fee which caused large lines at check in (I'm talking 10-20 minutes early was NOT allowed) Rooms were fairly clean.
