This lovely, single-storey, detached property is within easy reach of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons, as well as being close to Hay-on-Wye, which is famous for books and festivals. Also within easy reach is the Hereford Cathedral, Mappa Mundi, Hereford Racecourse, Croft Castle, Oakwood Leisure, and The Cider Museum, or go canoeing at Hereford or Brecon Beacons. Fishing and golf can also be found in the area. Hay-on-Wye is 7 miles away and Leominster is approximately 15 miles away. Shop 8 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
