Only a short 15 minute drive from Taupo Town Centre and an easy 2 minute walk to the Kinloch lakefront, this spacious home, with a glorious lakeview, makes an ideal weekend or summer holiday spot.



This 4 bedroom home boasts 2 large lounges with separate Sky units, smart TVs and wifi so rainy days and evenings need never be boring.



A BBQ, trampoline and firepit, together with an all important espresso machine means this house is well equipped to entertain your family or friends throughout the year.



You’ll find the Kinloch Store and local café, The Tipsy, just a short walk away but you’ll feel miles away amongst the apple, plum and lemon trees in the large, fully fenced garden which backs on the local reserve.

Truly amazing

Wow! What a wonderful place. We had a family of 8 (6 adults, 2kids) and there was SO much space, inside and out. Such a top notch place and the location was perfect. Close to the marina and General Store, walks and the lake. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Me and my family loved the bach, the location of the location was perfect very beautiful surroundings, what I loved most about this place was that all the facilities were available, cooking facilities were all available to use, even expresso coffees were available which was a bonus. Loved this house, and will definitely recommend my family and friends. I may consider going there again.

Beautiful home for a getaway!

We loved our stay here, everything scrupulously clean, super comfy beds, lots of thoughtful extras like firewood, kitchen bits (oil, salt, tea & coffee) and lovely and warm! No drier was only tricky thing as we got a really wet weekend! We are planning to book again in summer to make the most of the big garden and firepit we didn’t get to use this time because of such wet weather! Highly recommend! 🙌

Great property with a lodge feel, good for winter stays

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this spacious, well maintained property within a few minutes walk from the lakefront. Lovely views from the living room and a bonus second living room with an open fire place. Great winter escape.
