The home has central heating and cooling throughout, for maximum comfort any time of year.

Close to many of Kinloch's stunning wedding venues, and popular walking tracks.

Only a 5 minute drive to the Kinloch Club - one of NZ's top golf courses.

You can follow the path from the house, and walk to the lake, playground, basketball court and pump-track in about 5 minutes.

House Rules and Information

Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. You are welcome to store bikes or sports gear in the garage - however, there is no room to park a vehicle in the garage due to the owners having items stored in there.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
