Private: property 1'360 m2. 40 m long motor access to the grounds. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 500 m, grass beach 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The houses are grouped as four 'villages' around the reservoir (10 hectares of water surface) with a bathing area, sunbathing lawn and waterskiing facility. Circular path around the lake for walking and jogging. On the neighboring campsite (approx. 100-900 m, depending on the location of the house) there is a bread roll service and coin-operated washing machine/dryer.
