Here’s the ‘positives’ about the place. Host was good. They had dishwashing products and a laundry product for you, however they asked you to place the bedsheets in the washer and start it for the cleaning people. We felt very safe at the location.Now the things that need to get fixed prior to the next guests arriving are: new coffee pot as the one in the home leaks all over the counter, cupboard and floor. One of the Master bathroom sinks does not work. Refrigerator is not working properly. Inside of it was filled with water. Cleaned that up only to find it back the next day. Then I noticed a bowl sitting in the back on shelf that was full of water. Now we knew to empty it frequently to avoid the mess. My recommendation is to verify these items are fixed prior to booking. It would be an excellent idea if the owners would update all appliances in the home.

Florida trip

The house was so amazing hoping to come back. Everything was within a half hour, alot within 10 minutes which was very handy. The house was great, extremely clean, and up to date. Pool was wonderful for us after so much walking at the parks, our granddaughter lived in it! Gated community so no rif raf, neighbors were so friendly Highly recommend this property if your looking for relaxation!

Great find in a quiet neighborhood

The 4804 property exceeded expectations. The interior was well finished and decorated. Much more space than we expected especially with the screened porch / dining area. The neighborhood was quiet - very Florida gated community, suburban - so you cannot walk to a neighborhood coffee shop. It was a bit of a drive to everything but that is normal for Florida. The pool was not heated and the barbecue had a lock on it. If we knew that the pool heater wasn’t working properly we would have stayed in a different location.

5 Day Stay

No complaints with this property. Checking in and out was very easy. Property was clean. Had a minor issue with the back door. Communicated with the property manager and issue was corrected within a reasonable amount of time. Property located in a gated community. Was very easy to get in and a short drive to Disney and other attractions.
