We've stayed here many times while visiting Cambridge and have always been impressed with this hotel. Our room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Bruce's. We recommend.

Unhappy with service

The room was good but I was not happy when I found out I had booked twice due to technical difficulties on the site and it did not show up that I did on the app so I went about my buisness. Neither the hotel or Hotels.com will refund me the second charge. I will not be booking through this site again and I will still try to get my money back
