• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.

Property is exactly as stated. There is good security restricting residents to their specific floors. Parking is underground and on a first come basis, no assigned spots. Host was very responsive to all questions and keeping us informed as required.

Beautiful stay in Kitchener

My Boyfriend and I came to Kitchener this weekend to visit some friends. The condo was stunning, and looked just like the photos posted online. It was super clean and Michael was very responsive to all the questions I had. We will be staying again!

Clean unit

Property is as said. Very clean. When we arrived we were fearful of the parking garage. My truck is on the rather large size (TrailBoss) and we thought we were going to hit the water lines in the under ground parking. To our luck we did not hit and everything was fine. Some of the turns were tight and required us to back up to get out. Parking spots are small.Amenities were great. Pool area was on the smaller side but was ok for what we needed. When alone the pool was quite. Get a few people in there with different genres of music and it quickly became annoying. It seems like this may be the other people way of filtering our the crowd to their liking. Bowling was fun, though it is only 10 pin and my daughter is nine. There was no roller ramp or bumpers so it made it difficult. The concierge were great for information. They were nice, polite and eager to help.We did have a couple of night where our sleep was interrupted. One night the building fire alarm went off at about 230 and scared my daughter as she thought there was a fire. I was talking to a tenant there prior to this incident and found out it happens numerous times in a month and lasts about a half hour each time. The following night we had an issue with the hard wired fire alarm and it woke us again at 1230. This one lasted about a half hour as well until I removed it from the ceiling and rolled in a towel and put into our washroom.I have more to say but only allowed 1500 characters.
