We arrived a little cold and a little wet. My phone battery was flat so it took a little time to figure out the door lock. When we got in, we had no phone, data or wireless connection and there was no one at home upstairs. An hour or so later, we heard movement upstairs so we went up to meet our host. He immediately gave us wi-fi connection, and offered to get anything we needed. At our request he brought us a pizza (since we did not have a car) and, unrequested, supplies for breakfast that lasted all week, all for free, and the next day he drove us to our rehearsal party in Guelph. From then on we were careful to not ask for much because he was almost too generous. The only downside was the lack of temperature control and the need to use a radiant heater, which is inefficient.

Although we had a very short stay, it was really pleasant. This cozy basement is fully furnished. They have all the facilities. The owner went extra mile to keep some basic groceries like eggs, oil, coffee etc. Siddhartha was really accommodating, got us extra single bed per our request immediately. Would definitely book this one when we come back. Thank you for the wonderful hosting!

Pleasent stay.

Property was clean and as described in listing. Host was very responsive and accommodative. Path to the property could be cleaned up for better experience.
