We and relatives have rented apartments in this building for a number of years. Previously, things were good. But the property seems to really have gone downhill and looks and feels very tired.The apartment was overheated and the only way to regulate was to open windows, creating drafts and not very comfortable. From the first day, we noticed the lights flickering, which later in our stay turned to breakers being thrown for appliances, even when not being used. Toward the end of our stay, we ended up with no power at all in the bedrooms, which was a big problem for recharging medically related devices. We discovered by trial and error the only outlets working were on the island in the kitchen. We contacted the owner and were understanding when we couldn't have it looked at on Boxing Day, with a promise someone would help the following day. But then, no communication whatsoever. We also didn't have consistent hot water in the last three days of our stay. We had serious concerns that the electrical problems could lead to a fire. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want to stay in this area.

Kitchener Apartment

The space was clean and comfortable; large bedrooms, bright and sunny. It is in a nice neighbourhood and is close to highway access, shopping etc. Check in was super easy and parking was good. Communication with the host was easy and open. I would definitely stay in another ONpoint space again. Sandi Campbell

Very enjoyable stay. Space was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and host was very quick to respond. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet with a walking trail through the woods. Great location. We’d easily choose to stay here again next time.
