Had I known the fitness center was down for renovations I never would have stayed there. Water cooler wasn’t even accessible. They would offer nothing in exchange . Sorry we say on our website that amenities may not be available. Seriously? They converted the lounge into a restaurant so there is no place to bring food in and eat it except for your room. No ev charger.

Random alarm going off for 20 minutes at a time, on my floor (3rd) next to my room from 6am-8:30am every 10 minutes. It was horribly annoying and the utter worst time. I called and complained to front desk at 7am and made sure they noted my complaint at check-out. They said it was a faulty alarm set off by faulty shower faucet. Maintenance would take care of it.
