One of the elevators was out of service and the staff were using the elevator no service elevator available.. There were no towels in the room when my god here. The shower was a bit tricky. Boiling hot water for the first 5 minutes. Then cold took a bit to get it even out and then the tub wouldn't drain..

I was happy to see that they use full-size dispensers for their soaps and shampoo that they provide which I think is more environmentally friendly. Also, they provide little extras in case you forgot like make up remover wipes, and shower caps.

Only 1 elevator working and all the stairs were out of service due to paint. Only ice machines on even floors. It took forever to check in and get up and down floors. Not a good idea to paint both sets of stairs while only one elevator working on a weekend. Not managed well!! TV wasn’t working as well.
