Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
2 travelers. Lots of plates utensils . Only 1 coffee cup. No other glasses . Empty paper towels. Dirty linen that smelled of mold in washer/dryer. 1 clean towel. No clean wash cloths to wash with. They said the drive was 2 mins to pick up keys, it was 10 mins. And no response on the last message sent . No way to confirm check out. Def 3/5 stars. Although very convenient to family, and reasonable price . Bed had a hard edge and soft center , uncomfortable to sit on. Couch stiff as a board . We have a trip planned back in Oct, had hoped to stay at same place, but most likely won’t do that.
