This newly built detached studio has everything you could ask for in a home away from home!
Additional upgrades include: a 65”(4K) TV, luxury in floor heating, BeautyRest -King Size- mattress, private thermostat control, AC, laundry machines, and a water softener.
The street also features trail access to several local parks and connecting trails!
Often referred to as a coach house or tiny house, this independent structure is nestle at the back of the property, completely detached, giving you the privacy of no shared walls. It has a brand new, well-lit walkway that leads to the entrance.
You will have uninterrupted access to the whole coach house during your stay.
You will be able to check yourself in. We try to keep guest interaction to a minimum to allow you privacy during your stay.
NOTE:
We’ll follow the cancellation policy outlined in your reservation. Please note that payment processing fees (2.99%) and additional service fees (2.00%) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the policy before making any changes.

The property itself was fine. Parking was not there as I had to park in front of another’s home. Also the bed sank in the middle considerably. Putting us in an v-shape to sleep
