Unacceptable behavior by concierge.

The concierge at night should be fired. We let them know we were going to have a late check in. When we got there he was nowhere to be found and we were stuck outside hotel for 15 min at 2am in the cold. A guest opened door for us and another 15 min passed with nobody. When he finallt emerged his hair was disheveled, his shirt was half untucked and his pants were partially undone. No apologies and all he could do was mumble incoherently. After being on the road 10 hrs this is the last thinf we expected to further delay us getting our room. Unacceptable and complaint has been filed.

Great, cute new hotel. But be forewarned, it’s $100 a night to bring your dog. Other hotels in the area only charge $15-20/night to bring a dog. Won’t return to this hotel because of this fee.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff and the room was spacious enough for our needs. The bathroom was quite small however but was a small factor. We did not receive cleaning on the third day however (they only clean the rooms every other day), which was not a huge issue but we did run out of clean towels. Beds were comfortable, the area was quiet during our stay and was convenient to get around to where we needed to go. The breakfast was the biggest let down unfortunately. They offer 2 kinds of cereal, a small selection of yogurt, 2 kinds of fruit, packaged egg/packaged muffin and bagels with a toaster that barely worked. Smallest breakfast offering that I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Price per night was fair and there is a decent restaurant just down the road that you can walk to for lunch or dinner. Again, it met our needs for this particular trip but I am not sure that I would stay at this particular hotel again the next time I’m in the area.
