Power out, wi- fi down, key cards didnt work. Tv not working. This was for 3 days . Wifi and key cards didnt work even after city of Cambridge fixed power outage on first day. Front desk staff very abrupt. Gave no updates. He didnt want to be bothered . He told me he was just there to pick up a pay check. Ended up booking into another hotel for last 2 days of my stay

This is the sketchiest motel I've ever been to. Things went from bad to worse when we arrived. I arrived with my 12 year old daughter to check in and the people hanging around outside the hotel had me rushing her inside. To be fair, the staff person was lovely and check-in was very smooth. We were assigned our room and as we made our way to it the smell got worse, there was loud shouting behind one door, a dog barking behind another, people going in and out of rooms further down the hall and it seemed more like long term housing than a motel. The door to our room was broken and I had to shoulder it to get it open, the lock on the back of the door was barely holding on and wouldn’t have kept anyone out. The floors were sticky and when I pulled back the covers of the bed there were stains and holes in the sheet (looked like cigarette burns). The whole place didn't feel safe and was disgusting. The staff person was very kind and asked us to try another room on the other side of the hotel before leaving. Again, the people hanging out outside the building made me uneasy with my daughter and it was a similar vibe on the otherside of the motel. The room did seem a bit cleaner but not by much. The staff person was very accommodating and canceled our reservation without any hesitation. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THE CHAIN ON THE PLUG TO THE BATH TUB WAS COMLETELY RUSTED AND THE PLUG WAS DIRTY AND APPEARED THAT THEY HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED IN A WHILE. I HUNG A PAIR OF BLUE TROUSERS THE HANGER RACK; WHEN I TOOK THEM OFF OF IT THERE WAS A LINE OF DUST STAIN ON THEM. THE PLACE IS VERY TIRED.

We were travelling with our pet and needed a place to stay overnight. For the price everything was ok. Our room conveniently had a patio door so we could take our dog out quickly but, the room was right across from the ice maker and food vending machine which made things noisy at all hours. My dog figured he should inform me of the intruders. After a few alerts, he understood that he didn't need to worry. But between the ice maker being quite noisy and folks coming and going to get their snack and slamming the doors, all that kept us awake most of the night. Even earplugs didn't help much. Staff were courteous and helpful, no complaints there.

Do not stay here. We booked it without checking reviews. “ our fault”. When we got there, there was people just loitering around out front. We drove around the building and could see drapes falling off the windows and rooms had mattress and person items hanging out the windows. There are homeless people living here. We walked in the lobby and walked back out. We gladly forfeited the cost of the room to not stay here. My wife was horrified. It’s our fault for not checking and reading the 2.4 star reviews. But this place is horrible.

The sliding glass door at the rear had cigarette butts everywhere in the bathroom shower. The faucet did not shut off and dripped all night. When we got into the room, the towels were wet clearly they had not been changed. There were police cars in the back parking lot Until 2:30 in the morning dealing with what looked like a stolen car. And in the morning, all the doors slam so loud it’s impossible to sleep past 7 AM. Hands-down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 52 years of life. If we had not prepaid, we would have never stayed there
