The rooms were above and beyond expectations and the hotel is very beautiful and modern. Parking garage to hotel room is a bit confusing and keycard doesn’t work for pool but everything else is perfect!

Perfect stay, new condo with everything you need

I stayed in the 2-bed 2-bath suite at Laundry Rooms Waterloo. The condo is new and everything was perfect. All the accommodations of home with a nice view from the 8th floor through floor-to-ceiling windows from the spacious living room+kitchen area. Bed, pillows, and duvet were equivalent to a 4/5 star hotel. Once you understand how to get through all the doors with your OpenKey app, it was easy. Kitchen had plenty of new plates and utensils with standard-size fridge, range, oven, dishwasher, etc. Would definitely choose Laundry Rooms over a hotel.

This is the first time I’ve walked into a room that is EXACTLY like the photos on the website. And it still blew us away. 5 of us stayed for 2 nights. The unit was absolutely breathtaking. The interior design and fixings were 10/10. The amenities were wonderful. Parking was easy. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Full kitchen and everything you need. I was really worried about not having a person to greet us in person, it’s the first time I stayed anywhere without a front desk. But it was honestly so easy and the concierge was helpful and responded to texts immediately and answered the phone when I called. It was honestly just a wonderful experience.

Better than advertised.

2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and also a couch bed in the hall. Would be nice to have more and more comfortable living room set up and the internet/tv kept having issues , but everything else, and the pool was so great !

The condo was lovely. Everything looked brand new. All that we needed for our stay in Waterloo. View was wonderful, pool was great. We decided to stay on extra night and had to go through all of the check-in process again, it was a little annoying. Please note that parking is an extra $20.00 per night. It is on site and very safe and convenient though. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Clean and modern but uncomfortable bed

Very clean and modern. My only concern with the apartment was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Our heads were sinking back into headboard and bed space. The sides of the bed frame were buckling out and very flimsy. It seems the bed was too small for the frame as it was sinking inwards. That made for a poor night’s sleep. Also, when I went to use the pool with my daughter, we were able to go through the glass doors where there was a lounge and bar but our key wouldn’t work for the door to the pool. Then some rude Russian? “maintenance guy” was knocking on the glass and angrily signaling us to use the other door at end of hall way beside an elevator that was beside the gym and then he left abruptly and mumbling. We tried that one too but no luck. So I had to open the gym door and ask someone in there to open the door for us. That kind of made it a little stressful with a small child.

Amazing rooms and views. Very clean and comfy. Only downside was the parking situation was very confusing and we nearly got stuck inside the garage before we realized it was pay only through a different party.

Incredible room with lots of space. The views were the best part at 18 floors up! We used it to get ready for a wedding and with a large group of guys, still felt comfortable. Dont think the photos online give it justice
