Kleenex box was near empty (2 sheets) Hair dryer did not work Tub spout diverter would not divert therefore no water pressure in shower Just there for 1 night so no complaint but probably will not return

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. But man this property needs an upgrade. Bed was on an angle. Mattress is old and hard as a rock, pillows are super uncomfortable, and man does the hotel need some sound proofing. Hardly slept cause all I could hear was the cars driving down the main road.

Very clean, nice room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge in the room. Located close to Tim’s and excellent Chinese takeout made it very convenient.

The heating unit was set to 72°F we came back to the room it must have been 80°, although it felt good for a brief time, (outside temp -14°C), it became way too hot, I turned the unit to it's lowest setting, 61°F. The unit cycle on and off all night but room was comfortable thereafter.

The hotel is convenient to downtown, however it is outdated. Toilets did not work. Low shower pressure and low shower. Poor lighting in the room Linen needs refreshing, better cleaning and maintenance needed badly. Seems like they just want to do very basic and minimal and not go over and Beyond for better cleanliness of the whole interior of the hotel. Looks like there was only a receptionist and one cleaner need to hire more people not worth $160 a night

Everything was very nice, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The only thing was, that the shower/tub faucets could use some CLR to remove the calcium build-up, which didn't allow the water to flow out properly. Thank you.
