Situated on the edge of the forest and only a few steps from the ski slopes, it is the perfect retreat for both winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet in the Lapland wilderness.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and living area create a welcoming space to enjoy time with family or friends. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding fells, while a cosy fireplace invites you to unwind after a day outdoors. This floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed, a luxurious sauna, and stylish shower facilities with a separate WC. In addition, there is a laundry area in the spacious entrance hall, equipped with a washing machine and a drying cabinet.


Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two feature two single beds each and direct access to a spacious balcony, while the third offers a double bed and a striking floor-to-ceiling picture window overlooking the forest and distant fells. All bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. An open loft area with a sofa bed for two provides additional sleeping space, and there is also an extra WC on this floor.

The property also features a convenient ski storage room. The property is crowned by a spacious and inviting terrace.
