Splash around in your very own private pool and enjoy the large wraparound decks on two levels for year-round sunning by day and hot tubbing by night. Duck shopping and cafes are just a short walk away. Only 385 yards to beach access and located next door to the Clubhouse!

All amenities are included with the house rental. There is an arcade room for the kids and a gym for the adults. Schooner Ridge also has an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, playground, tennis courts, racquetball, and an oceanfront gazebo.

Pool available seasonally. Heated Pool available for an additional fee.

Schooner Ridge - dud

We called almost daily for some issue with the home. The AC did not work on 1st and 3rd floor. 3rd was fixed immediately,. 1st floor was not fixed. Not sure if owner didn't approve or why but the bottom floor was warm at 73, thankfully the nights were cool. House was NOT cleaned. We had to call for bathrooms to be cleaned when we arrived. They were prompt sending someone out. Friend cut her toe on something that was in the carpet in one of the rooms, had not been vacuumed. hot tub had one jet working and that was not fixed nor did anyone come out to check it. Numerous outlets did not work in the home. Window in the round room did not shut all the way, hopefully no rain came in, as I did report that as well. Would not recommend this home due to those issues. Layout of the home was OK. Ian's arrival made our departure occur early which was a bummer.
