You will feel right at home when you stay at 'Homeport' in Southern Shores. Just a short stroll to the beach, this one level 4 bedroom cottage is tucked away in the live oak trees on a quiet neighborhood street. With 2 bedrooms and a bath on each side of the home with the living/kitchen space in the middle, the layout is perfect for a little privacy between your group. If you are a long time Outer Banks visitor, the décor evokes pleasant memories of past vacations but the home has been lovingly updated with your comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy the quiet, wooded location from the spacious sun decks on the front and back of the house. There is a beach cart available for your use so you can simply walk the 3-5 minutes to the beach and don't have to worry about parking!

I want compensation

The clothes dryer never worked which was reported to realtor. I want compensation of $100!!! The bed configuration is not as stated in listing! The driveway is dangerously steep. If you are older or have walking issues you do not want this house.

We had a great time!

It was a great home! Picky picky issues: no table for everyone to eat. Only 3 seats at counter & small table for 2. Bathrooms very small. AC had to be set at 75. Very hot week. Should not be limited to that during hot day times! Other than that, it was great! Thank you!
