The home is not suitable for 8 adults or guests. The bedding arrangements are ideal for 4 adults and children comfortably. We will not allow bookings for 8 adults in the property.



You must be 25 years or older to book. This is our family home and we do not allow parties or events.



Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay



Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a hot tub and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
