Great space just a short walk (850ft) from the beach and sound! This home features 4 bedrooms with space for 8. A private pool (available heated for $250 a week!) (open April-Late October) for hanging and relaxing and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach access. The home is nestled among sprawling live oak trees in an old school OBX neighborhood in North Duck. The Town of Duck is only a 5 minute drive!

Four bedrooms two and a half bathrooms and spacious living room, dining room with open kitchen. Living room features a flat screen tv. You can sit on your private wrap around porch and enjoy sunset and drinks at the end of your day. There is a private pool on site for you to enjoy while not at the beach! Dogs considered on a CASE by CASE basis. You must inquire with dog info. Pet fee applies. Max 2 dogs.

Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available complimentary for your use. The town has a 9 mile multi use path and we are located about 2 miles (20 min bike ride) from town. You can rent bikes from a variety of rental companies around Duck (Duck Village Outfitters, Ocean Atlantic Rentals)

This neighborhood still has the original feel of the old Outer Banks. Live oaks and gravel roads make you feel like you're a world away! We are about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, of course this is depending on your walking speed and there is a great multi use path that runs along Duck Road. The town of Duck has various events throughout the year such as the Fourth of July Parade, the Duck Jazz Festival, free yoga classes and kids movie nights at the town park and more. There is a 9 mile multi use path through the town of Duck! It is bit of a walk (45+ min) and a great bike ride to town (20 min), or hop in the car for a quick five minute drive. Bikes are available to rent through various rental companies or you can bring your own! No buses in Duck, but taxis are available.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
