Located on the second floor with beautiful ocean views, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of an Outer Banks vacation.

Inside, East of the Sun feels instantly comfortable, with coastal accents, soft natural light, and thoughtfully arranged spaces. The living area is cozy and welcoming, making it ideal for movie nights, board games, or curling up with a good book after a day at the beach. Large windows keep the Atlantic in view and remind you that the ocean is always close.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meals easy and enjoyable. Step outside onto the balcony and let the salt air gently drift over you as you take in the sound of the waves and sweeping shoreline views. This space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or quiet evenings spent stargazing.

Sleeping accommodations include a Queen En Suite and a Twin over Twin alcove Bunk Set in the hallway, making this condo ideal for couples, small families, or groups. A second full bathroom is also located in the hall.

Guests of East of the Sun enjoy access to the Colony by the Sea community amenities, including an oceanfront community pool, beach access, a community BBQ area with picnic tables, swing sets, courts, and laundry facilities. Beach chairs are provided to make your days by the ocean even easier.

This condo is located within walking distance to Duck’s shops, restaurants, boardwalk, and unforgettable sunsets on the sound. Whether you are planning a romantic Outer Banks escape, a small family vacation, or a quiet coastal retreat, this cozy seaside condo is the kind of place that leaves you feeling refreshed and already dreaming of your return.

A coin operated washer & dryer is available for guest use in the Colony by the Sea community.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am

Turn your beach vacation into a resort experience! Add Village Beach Club access to your stay with a Weekly Discovery Membership. Lounge in luxury — enjoy dedicated food and beverage service poolside or beachfront, join a fitness class, challenge friends to a game of pickleball, or simply unwind in a cabana or lounge chair by the pool. With beach chairs and umbrellas, surfboards, oceanfront dining, and daily live music and entertainment all at your fingertips, Village Beach Club transforms your Outer Banks getaway into a full resort destination.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
