Outside, the large deck overlooks a shimmering 16x38 private pool that is available to be heated for an additional fee. Practical exterior amenities include an outside shower, a fish cleaning station, and two gas grills, plus a charcoal grill for preparing meals. Guests have access to numerous Chicahauk Community amenities, including tennis courts, a playground, a basketball court, a soccer field, and a kayak launch. Beautiful house, enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The outside and folliage could use some TLC as it seemed to attract bugs into the house. But otherwise, everythig was clean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Great place not too far from the beach. Nice pool

Great place with the pool but the bathrooms were old and the one bedroom did not have AC if the bathroom door was closed. So no AC or no privacy! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. The outdoor shower was nice! But it didn’t drain so you had a dirty water swamp under there to get through when done. :(. Could use a bit more attention to details. Furniture uncomfortable. Overall it doesn’t appear to be cared for much. Has a musty odor upon entry as well. Needs so TLC. Gardens as well. But we had a great time on the beach and in the pool! Kitchen well stocked to cook! Nice grill!
