The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and the 2nd full bath w/ tub is centrally-located. Expansive common area offers ocean views from all viewpoints - from a thoughtfully and fully-equipped modern kitchen, large dining area for six and comfy living room with tasteful furnishings and ample seating. Condo is located on elevated 1st floor [no elevator, only two short flights up with a landing in between]. Assigned parking spot located directly next to stairs with a no-parking zone to left of spot, making unloading/loading safe and convenient. Free, high-speed wireless internet and smart tv’s in bedrooms and living room. Community offers extensive outdoor amenities; direct-beach access, oceanfront swimming pool, tennis/basketball courts, playground and grilling/dining areas.
