Located in a quiet, idyllic residential area of Kitzbühel, this chalet offers a relaxed atmosphere. The gondola stations Hahnenkamm and Fleckalmbahn are conveniently accessible within 3.0 km, while the ski bus is just a short walk away. A paradise for skiing enthusiasts! From the terrace with a fire pit, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps.
