The room is small the bathroom small. My particular room was right beside an outside stairway light so not only did a large amount of light come in through the window at tonight there were holes in the curtains that were suppose to be keeping the light out. Then the heating system in my room started making terrible noises all night long 4 different times and when I woke up the room was cooler. It was very cold that night and I was exhausted l didn’t want to have to have someone come in the room and according to online I had booked the last room available and the parking lot was filled to the brim with work trucks.
I told the front desk person the next morning she had me text her the video I had taken of the noise it was making. I asked for some compensation as the room was $200 and I my sleep was interrupted 4 times. She said she would send it to her boss that was out of state at the time to see about what they could do. I contacted them two different times here on the app with absolutely no response and my stay was almost two weeks ago now. The people are nice the breakfast is good but it’s a bit much for no more than what it is. It’s an old building with all outside entrances to the rooms.
I guess my next step will be to call them since they aren’t responding here in the app.
