Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn 130 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach "Volosko" 17 km, concrete beach 17 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
