the air-cond not really function...its totally not comfort at all....the sheet quite dirty.... request for iron for a day before but telling that other guest already take it but they not sure which guest...telling the reception that we want to borrow the iron but until we check-out...not receive anything...no apologize from the at all... why did i feel we get the room in level 4 because of cheap offer....

Smelly room

Room very smelly. The smell from Pillow and bed sheet i dont know how to explain in word. I feel disgusting. The toilet bowl never flush and there was a toilet paper inside the toilet bowl. The toilet cant be flush also. TV never work well also. Blurred image. Never ever back to this hotel again.
