The modern house accommodates up to 6 guests over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a 75-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. A bathroom with shower and toilet adds extra comfort. Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms, each with its own TV. Another bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Electric shutters and insect screens ensure your comfort. Large windows offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature.



The idyllic outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, and garden furniture invites you to relax. A barbecue is available for sociable evenings. Parking with a carport is located directly on the property, and public transport is within walking distance.



Pets are welcome on request. The house is non-smoking.



A small natural beach with shallow water is nearby, perfect for stand-up paddling and other water sports. Klausdorf is right by the water, with a national park at your doorstep. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation in nature, far from mass tourism. The area with fields, meadows, and forests is perfect for cycling and walks along the coast.



In Barhöft, there is a small marina where you can take the ferry to the island of Rügen. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is only 8 km away and ideal for a day trip.
