Small but nice! This studio can accommodate up to 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. A luxurious bathroom and in the living/sleeping area the sofa is transformed into a 2-person bed, and the beautiful wall unit becomes a bunk bed.
Your apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Kleinarl. Kleinarl is centrally located in the Ski Amade skiing area in the Hohen Tauern nature reserve and offers you variety and relaxation in the beautiful mountain landscape.
The owner runs the ski school and can, of course, offer you a good ski course and give tips on local ski and cross-country trails. In the summer you get free access to the "Wasserwelt" swimming pool in Wagrain.
