* The LOWER GROUND floor (57sqm) is approached by an indoor staircase from the living area, and it offers airconditioned FUN zone with a sofa (can convert into sofa bed), a flat screen TV, a PlayStation 5, a Billiards (Pool table), a Table tennis, and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and iron with an ironing board there.
