Escape to complete relaxation at the Belgian coast in our apartment, located just 1 km from the shore. Whether you’re shopping, enjoying beach bars, strolling along the shoreline, or cycling through the stunning nature reserve of ‘Het Zwin,’ you’ll find everything you need to unwind.
With its Ibiza-style interior, the apartment brings a breezy beach vibe. This peaceful retreat offers the perfect environment to disconnect and rediscover your inner peace.

If we are around, we are more than happy to show you around and inform you about the ins and outs of our apartment. If this would not be possible, we will make sure that exerting is cleared out and keys are available in a lock box.



Located in the centre of Knokke and a 15 min drive away from Bruges, this gem is situated where sea and nature go hand in hand and where you can choose to be surrounded by people or to enjoy solitude in the nature reserve “Het Zwin”.

Take the time to chill in our cosy hammock chair whilst sipping a freshly made espresso and realising how good life can be. Be surrounded by your loved ones, outstanding restaurants or deli markets are around the corner and the beach is only a 10 min walk away…

An underground parking space is available free of charge for our guests. However, please note that due to its compact size and sloped ceiling, it may not be suitable for larger SUV-type vehicles. In such cases, we recommend using the nearby public street parking or the multi-storey car park just around the corner. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles using the garage.

Our appartment of 85 sqm is on the 1st floor with an elevator in a dead-end side street of the Lippenslaan, which makes it very calme and silent during the night (except for some seagulls in the morning ;-)). We have 2 bedrooms. 1 main bedroom with double bed (1m60) and 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 of 1m20 and 1 of 1m40). Bathroom with shower and seperate toilet.

🛏️ To make sure everything is perfectly ready for your stay, please double-check that the number of guests in your booking matches who will be coming — this helps us prepare the right bedding, towels, and little touches for everyone. You will receive the pre-check in template and lease agreement for signing.

❗️Please note that 90% of the rental price covers the holiday home, while 10% covers the rental of movable goods. No additional services such as daily cleaning or breakfast are provided.

🐕 Pets are allowed, but please contact us beforehand so we can assess each case individually. Due to extra cleaning and potential allergies for future guests, a flat fee of €50 applies.
