We have stayed here before and love to come back due to how the rooms are set up. They feel less like a hotel and more like a studio apartment with a table, fridge and a semi-open concept. The beds are always comfortable, the curtains always work, and the place is overall a great vibe (including the friendly staff). We will definitely be coming back again.

I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens.

We stayed for the Luke combs concert. We had so many issues getting a ride share to get back to the hotel. We were stranded downtown for 2 hrs. I called and talked to the man who was working night shift at the hotel he was very understanding and gave me a number for a ride share driver. I called and was finally able to get a ride to the hotel. He was a lifesaver!
