Breakfast is certainly a get what you pay for - "free". Not bad by any means, but nothing to get excited about. There was still hair in the shower/tub from the previous guest - which didn't excite me. Otherwise, very good for what it offers at its price-point, especially when I'm using for a head-on-a-pillow stay.

The staff was rude and unprofessional, the room and common areas were not clean, and to make matters worse, they made a serious mistake by checking me out a full day earlier than my actual reservation. Traveling through and stayed for 1 night. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Hot coffee available in the lobby was welcomed. Breakfast was tasty with many options. I thought it was wonderful that the hotel has an employee to dish out breakfast on Sunday. Elaine was kind and accommodating. Having an employee plate the food ensured that the food area was clean and not contaminated. I’m impressed! The bathroom could have been cleaner and needs an update. Room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable nights sleep.

This is our go to when we are in Knoxville. Their staff is always really nice and it is always very clean. We also appreciate it even though it’s in the middle of Knoxville it’s not in the middle of all the traffic and everything else

This hotel is a hidden gem. It came at the right price and time while traveling cross country, would’ve been caught in storms if we didn’t stop. The room was exactly as advertised, small but functional. It must’ve been newly renovated or something because everything looked great, especially the bathroom. Great water pressure too. The room odor was a little musty when we entered but once we turned on the A/C it went away. Super comfy bed and pillows, no bad things to say. Breakfast was a tad underwhelming but for the price, I didn’t even expect the option at all! Staff were incredibly kind as well.
