The room was clean and in good condition. The one thing I did not appreciate was that my circumstances changed and they were not even one bit accommodating when I had to try to make a change the day before. I get that it’s not your fault my plans changed, but not even trying to work with me was not appreciated. Guy at the counter was friendly, but customer service above him was not.

The staff were very nice upon arrival. We noticed the room smelled as though someone had smoked especially after visiting another room. The room was in the 40’s when we entered. The heater did warm up but after returning from dinner we saw a mysterious bug in the bathroom and did not feel comfortable sleeping there. We were given another room immediately that did not smell and appeared to be much cleaner. Breakfast was a nice amenity. We should have requested a different room immediately as the rooms were very dissimilar.

Had to move rooms because the fridge in the first one didn't work so that was very accommodating of them. The staff was nice and I had no issues. However, I was sad that the very day i checked in the hot tub stopped working and wasn't repaired yet when i left 7 days later. Hope they got it done eventually!

Room could of been cleaned a little better but was okay. Breakfast was okay. Could have been better for the price. And maybe you should have plastic silverwear out for people getting togo food. Other than that, had a good experience
