Great dog friendly motel. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and looked like the photos. It was quiet and we got a good night‘s rest. The shower had good water pressure. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and staff was super nice!

A lot of things broken. Toilet seat. Towel holder coming out of wall. Just an older property. Close to interstate for easy access. But noisy. Served my purpose for being there 12 hours to sleep after a long drive.

So glad I booked this hotel Wade at the check-in counter was wonderful and offered suggestings for late night dining the room was very clean. Location was great and I was able to park directly in front of my room, which was wonderful as I have some issues with my knee!

Dont know how this has a 9 rating unless u r a traveling construuction worker. Wouldnt stay with wife or kids. Pool empty room had food wrappers and trash on floors. Can here above and around you in room.

This was a one night stopover on a cross-country trip. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Breakfast bar was adequate. For the price a very nice motel.

Quiet, convenient and safe

The hotel is situarse in a very conveniente place, with restaurants and a Walmart 5 minutes up the road. Plus, it is just outside Knoxville to avoid the heavy traffic, but close enough to attend a conference. The room was pretty clean. The top red decorative bedspread needed to be washed and we let the front desk know. But other than that everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t eat the breakfast, but the breakfast area looked like it had the basics. The surrounding area is very safe and is located right next to a Ruby Tuesday’s. However, it is temporarily closed for repairs. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price.

Everything was wonderful and the people that worked and owner there were friendly and helpful during the day. The nighttime guy was a little crabby, but he was ok. The main thing was that I found two bugs that appeared to be baby roaches, but I am not sure. I smooshed them. I didn't see any adult roaches, so I figure what I had smooshed was some other bug, who knows. That is the only reason (plus the crabby guy, but not so much him, but the bugs) I gave the property 4 stars. Everything else was great.

Staff checking us in not the most friendly. Basic breakfast selections but good. Bed was very comfortable. Always a bit frustrated when you book through a third party - I feel you get stuck in a less than desirable part of the hotel. Overall would stay again good price for quick overnight
