The Anderson Farmhouse is a mid-19th century renovated homestead on Everlong Farm. Located in the Urban Wilderness of South Knoxville this renovated farmhouse has historic character and all the modern amenities. It comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stocked laundry area, 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 8 people. This includes 2 trundle-style mattresses. There are 2 full bathrooms with the master having an additional antique soaking tub. There is a hygiene supplies cabinet available for basic needed items that have been forgotten. The house has hi-speed wifi, a smart TV, 2 workspaces with basic office supplies and 2 sitting porches in the front and side of the house. There are 2 swings under the trees, one is a balance swing and the other is a single person swing. All within a rural and quiet area that preserves wildlife and has awesome nature views.
