paid premium rate for one of their "last rooms" , they put me in a handicapped room on 3rd floor room felt like a holiday inn at best , very old dated , and water all over bathroom after showers etc would like a refund or partial credit back have stayed few times prior and rooms on upper floors are much nicer and should have received a sdiscount for gettting placed in Handicapped room
