We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again!

Big Ear music festival

I booked this property for the Big Ear music festival. The location is close to the university of Tennessee and downtown. So much packed into a small spot. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed 6 nights and it was a great stay.

Close to Campus! Free Parking! Comfortable bed!

This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice. It keeps your car dry and cool.

I expected the “Condo” to be larger. It turned out to be more like a dorm room. It was very clean and functional though. Unfortunately I did not have any hot water. No one in building management to discuss with. Thanksgiving holiday. I left on Friday rather than Saturday as a result
