This modern quiet home is in the heart of West Knoxville, one of the most desirable areas in Knoxville. Conveniently located within minutes of I-40 and in close proximity to ALL area hospitals, West Town Mall, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and MORE! It is a quick 15 minutes to downtown and a great option for those working in nearby Maryville and Oak Ridge.

This rental unit is ideal for business travelers and retirees relocating to the area. It is also great for Travel Nurses, corporate rentals & those in transition. If you will be working from home, there is a desk in 1 of the bedrooms. Very safe neighborhood with great schools.

The home has 2 well-appointed bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 full bathroom outside of the bedrooms to provide easy access if both rooms are occupied. The living area & kitchen are open concept and completely furnished.

New To Knoxville

Had to begin a new job in Knoxville on Jan. 2nd, with little notice. I needed a furnished home that was a convenient location to work since I knew very little about the area. This place was perfect! It had everything needed for a long term stay...especially privacy. Laura was a great host. The only reason I needed to move out was that I needed a place for my dogs.

Far Exceeded Expectations

This duplex is a great place to stay. It is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked with virtually anything you could ever need. Carport and privacy screen are between the other side, making it feel like a completely separate home. Nice large yard, which is partially fenced. Laura, the property owner/manager, was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again.
